Mail In Your Donation
If you would like to make a financial contribution toward our agency programs, please complete the donation form and send it with your contribution to the Aging and In-Home Services' office.
Special Fundraisers
As a fundraiser, we offer a plaque on the Memory Wall, which is located in the lobby of our Lake Avenue facility, in honor or in memory of loved ones for $1,000. You may also donate a brick in the Memory Walk, located near the entrance of our facility, for $100.
